Happy Foodie Friday! I am a HUGE peanut butter – actually any nut butter – fan!!! So, of course, I had to figured out a way to incorporate nut butter into my Cashew Chicken!
The Nut Butter Sauce for this recipe couldn’t be easier. One or two Tablespoons of each of the ingredients below – that’s it.
Blend them up in your bullet-style blender…..
Pour the half the sauce over the chicken to marinate. You can thin it out with water if you think it’s too thick.
Let it marinade at least 15 minutes. Heat a wok pan to almost smoking and add the chicken. Stir fry until almost done.
Add in the thawed or steamed broccoli, cashews and a little more sauce if you like.
Plate it up and Serve….your family will scarf this down like it came straight out of the little cardboard container!!!!
