Truth be told, I had this the other night on Pizza Friday. While The Hubby and Mini Me had their favorite Hawaiian Pizza, I sauteed up a blend of wild mushrooms for my MBG Pizza (Mushroom, Balsamic and Goat Cheese).
While those we sauteing, I preheated the oven to 425 and brushed a naan with olive oil. Then, sprinkled it with fresh Parmesan cheese.
After topping the Naan with the wild mushrooms and some goat cheese, I popped it in the oven just until the Naan was crisp and the creamy goat cheese was melted.
Just before cutting it to enjoy for Pizza Friday, I drizzled balsamic glaze over the top. Balsamic is a perfect pairing with creamy goat cheese and savory wild mushrooms.
