6 High Protein Desserts That Support Your Fitness Goals

Pistachio Protein Pudding

When I was a child, my favorite sweet treats were peanut butter cups, pistachio pudding and Oatmeal Scotchies. If given the choice between the two pack of peanut butter cups and the King size, I always picked the King size. There was something comforting about biting into that combination of chocolate and peanut butter that I just couldn’t resist. Still can’t!

When I started wanting to be in the kitchen, pudding was an easy thing for a kid to do and it was one of those quick and easy treats to have on hand in those vintage Tupperware pudding cups with the lids. Pistachio, butterscotch and chocolate were family favorites.

Fast forward to cookie baking and, of course, chocolate chip cookies were the rite of passage. But, the first time my mom made Oatmeal Scotchies, OMG!!! Something about butterscotch just puts an oatmeal cookie over the top.

Now that I limit sugar, I love making my favorite sweet treats in a high protein way. These are a few of the desserts that I like to incorporate into my snacks without the guilt of a high sugar cookie or peanut butter cup.

1 tbsp Naked Nutrition Choc PB
