Shaved Ribeye Mongolian Beef


In a large bowl, combine shaved ribeye and cornstarch. Toss to coat meat. Heat the 2 Tbsps of sesame and vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan.  Add ribeye and fry until crispy brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

In a bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, stevia, garlic, ginger, and oils.

Sauce for the Mongolian Beef

Add shaved ribeye and sauce mixture to the wok/frying pan over medium heat and cook until sauce and meat combine and thicken.

Cook the shaved ribeye at very high heat

Serve with green onions mixed in or on top.
