4 Ingredient Strawberry Kiwi Melon Popsicles

There’s nothing more refreshing in the summer than a Popsicle. Since it’s important to me that even our treats are filled with whole foods, I decided to kick Mini Me’s favorite fresh juice pops up a notch with these Strawberry Kiwi Melon Popsicles. With only four ingredients, she and her friends can have their favorite summer treat and I can feel good about letting them enjoy them.

The four ingredients you’ll need are:
1-2 kiwi
5-6 strawberries
1-2 cups of watermelon
1 lime, juice only

Simply place the fruit into your blender. Squeeze in the juice from the lime. This adds a little brightness to the fruit. Blend the ingredients until pureed. Push the puree through a sieve to remove the seeds.

Pour the fruit mixture into Popsicle molds and freeze.

I tend to not fill the Popsicle molds to the top so that in the hot summer sun when the Popsicle drips, it will drip into the top of the mold and not down your hands! That’s just a personal preference. You can totally fill yours all the way to the top.

When the Popsicles are frozen, walk out onto your deck with a plate of them, give a holler and watch the kids come running!
