This is a 12 week program designed to train the beginner triathlon in preparation for a race at least 13 weeks from the beginning of this program.
- swimming – pool
- swimming – open water
- cycling – 15 mile course by end of program
- running – 5K by end of program
- Transition – T1 and T2
Training will be held every Sunday 9:30-11:30am. Program is limited to 10 participants.
