Starting a fitness program can be overwhelming. It is important to be sure that your mindset is on healthy living.

We believe that in order to set yourself up for success, you have to take a look at your total life – work, family activities, daily schedules – and fit your commitment to your health and fitness realistically into your life.
We all have overextended calendars. It’s important to us that we help you develop a fitness schedule that will leave you excited to reach new goals. Our first session will focus on getting to know you and understanding what your typical week looks like. Then, together we will lay out a plan to help you achieve your fitness goals!
Our fitness and lifestyle coaching is customized for each person and includes:
- Initial consultation (approximately 2 hours)
- Getting to know you and your weekly routine
- Exercise and Medical Histories
- Complete assessment to baseline and measure progress
- Three (3) Month Fitness Schedule that incorporates your favorite workouts, XFL Classes and/or sport specific training. This schedule will be developed based on your preferences so that you can follow the schedule on your own
- One (1) Complimentary Personal training session to ensure you are comfortable with the proper form in the weight room
- Progress tracking and monitoring
- One (1) weekly email or cybermeeting (Facetime, Google Hangout) to ensure accountability and support through the three month schedule
