This is a 60 Minute HIIT style Bootcamp class. Each participant begins at a different station. Class includes warmup, 2 Rounds of HIIT, ab work on the mat and cool down.
This class is offered Mondays 6:30-7:30pm and Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm.
Package sessions can be used in any configuration: only Mondays, only Thursdays, or both days each week.
Package expires three (3) months after purchase date.
