Personal Training



Personal Training is offered in 4 or 8 week sessions.

Training includes:

  • consultation to determine fitness goals
  • fitness assessment
  • 1-2 weekly training sessions with Trainer (2x per week for 4 weeks or 1x per week for 8 weeks) based on client goals and schedule
  • Custom 4 or 8 week training program
  • ongoing communication via coaching app and email
